FUNDS has no accounts. You don't give us your name or email to mint or redeem. This page explains the little we do store, and why.

Last updated: [TBC: date]

1. What we store

  • Your wallet address, when you connect a wallet and start a request.
  • Your request history: the type of request, amounts sent and received, fees, prices, status, request ID and transaction links.

2. Why we store it

We use this information to process your mint and redeem requests, show them on your History page, send refunds when needed and help you if you contact support.

3. Blockchain data is public

Every blockchain transaction, including wallet addresses and amounts, is public by nature. Anyone can see it on a blockchain explorer. We can't change or delete information that is recorded on the blockchain.

4. Support messages

If you contact support, we use what you send, such as your request ID, wallet address, transaction link and contact details, to help you. [TBC: how long support messages are kept]

5. Analytics and cookies

[TBC: whether the website or app uses analytics or cookies, which ones, and how to opt out]

6. Who we share it with

[TBC: any service providers that process this information, and whether any data is shared with third parties]

7. How long we keep it

[TBC: retention period for wallet addresses and request history]

8. Your choices

You can use FUNDS without giving us any personal details beyond your wallet address. [TBC: user rights by region, such as access and deletion, and how to request them]
